The orchestra was kindly donated an original copy of “Northumberland Orchestral Society – A Short Record of the First Twenty-Five Years”, written in 1921 by the then deputy conductor and secretary Henry C Holmes; it details the orchestra’s early beginnings from 1877-1902 and we have uploaded a full digital copy below.
